  • Recycling West Paw Products

All West Paw Design products can be recycled and used to make new dog toys. We believe reducing our foot/paw prints on the world is of the utmost importance. If you would like to recycle your dog's toy, please get in touch. We will pay for the postage of sending the toy to us and ship it back to West Paw where it will be recycled. Less waste for you, while brightening another dogs life. Its a win-win. 

  • Shipping

Standard shipping + tracking apply for nationwide purchases. We ship from Monday to Friday. Standard national delivery times apply. 

If you would prefer for your order not to be left unattended, you can indicate this on the notes section as you proceed with checkout. 

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can track your parcel through the NZ Post website. 

  • Returns 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any product, we will accept returns of products within 30 days following the date of purchase and refund the purchase price. 

Please contact us directly to discuss any refund so we have a chance to put it right.

  • Order modifications

If you would like to make some changes to your order, you can do so by contacting us via email or phone (027 468 0336). Changes can be made up until the order shipped email has been received.
